Found Some More

Chris Hayes (Stephen Spettigue) and Freddy Geils (Lord Fancourt Babberly) take a breather outside during a matinee.

Ty Smith (Col. Sir Francis Chesney) and Chris Spencer (Brassett) do the same.

Boy, do we look like a barrell of laughs, or what?

More SRT Pictures

We still haven't gotten our own photos developed, so there will be many more to come...

Eating a fabulous dinner at Jack & Lowell's. (L-R) Becky (Honky Tonk Angels cast), me, Suzy Voss (SRT events coordinator), Juliana Moreno (Kitty) and Brenden Godfrey (Charley).

Our posters were up all over town. It's wonderful to have such support from the community.

Pictures from SRT

Michael Navarra (Jack), Chris Hayes (Spettigue) & I dancing at Jack & Lowell's Tree Decorating party. Jack & Lowell are wonderful supporters of SRT with an immaculate house!
Michael and I playing with the lovely nutcracker dolls at Jack & Lowell's party.

Freddy Geils (Lord Fancourt Babberly), Robbie (a local Sonoran & SRT actor) and I at Bert & Berlynn's Holiday Open House. Photographer Brendan Godfrey (Charley) says this photograph is artsy because it is black and white. =)

Here's a pretty good picture of my Act III gown. It also has a really long (and heavy) train in the back. Our costume designer & costume shop were amazing. Very beautiful...

Home at Last!

Yea! I'm finally home! We left yesterday at about 11:00 am and after driving straight through (and hitting some rush-hour L.A. traffic) we arrived home at about 5 pm. Now on to the daunting task of setting up our house for Christmas, unpacking and doing some last-minute shopping. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I had a wonderful time doing Charley's Aunt at SRT and I thank you for keeping in touch in the meantime!

Visitors!

Grandpa & Grandma were here last weekend. It was so wonderful to have them up here with me! This picture doesn't really do justice to my beautiful gown, but you can get an idea.

Today I went Christmas shopping in Murphy's. It was so much better than going to the mall. I got a whole different selection and I also got to support some of the local merchants.

The Home Stretch

It has been a busy month of November. Andy flew up for the opening and after spending a little time up here together, we finally went home for a few days. I picked up a couple days of work, then drove back up for the weekend, then came home again for the Thanksgiving week. My parents came up with me the weekend following that.

We spent time touring the local communities and we discovered the town of Murphy's! Wonderful shopping there. My mom especially loved it. Went home with them and came back with Grandma & Grandpa & Andy for the weekend. Unfortunately it was rainy that weekend, but we did take a driving tour of the area. They loved the show and left with Andy early Friday morning. So now I am here by myself until Andy drives up with his parents for closing weekend.

Friday we had a student matinee, which was one of the best crowds we have had yet. Lots of laughter and lots of applause (during the show, that is!). Afterward the kids all gathered outside the stage door to get our autographs! So cute.

After the show last night we all went back to our cars and they were all frosted over with ice! I swear, my car was glistening. We had to start our cars and wait for them to defrost before we drove. In the meantime we took to scraping our windshields with CD cases (or whatever would work) to hasten the process.
